Letters from the garden
Dear Readers, Chelsea week, how many of you have visited this year? Lots I imagine, it’s too busy for us to make at this time of year so I might go Hampton Court again. I bet it’s bustling and full of colours and smells to keep our minds reeling with ideas for our gardens. I love going to the shows, but for a gardening and design partnership like my husband and I, it’s always at the wrong time we never seem to have a break when we can all go, maybe a bit of forward planning for next year so we can enjoy it with everyone else. We’ve had some warmth, but last week was wet and chilly again, the grass won’t stop growing and we are having to cut our own lawns weekly which is ridiculous! It’s doesn’t help that we have been practising with the selective weed kill sprayers to freshen our skills for the coming season, and also feeding the lawn. I am currently cat sitting for my parents so I have their garden and pots to look after, extra pressure as I’m expected to keep up these standards, so I am managing the team trying to do my own garden and my parents, I’ll be glad to go to my friends in France in June and only work on their bee garden, it’s a lot less pressure and it comes with wine, which I have to say works well as long as it’s lovely and warm. We have done a few planting plans and designs this year already so if you are interested in transforming an area or just need some help with making your garden more fabulous then don’t forget we have the plant knowledge and the design skills all under one roof, the Mow ‘n’ Blow roof that Is and we can also meet and greet at our office on Wyevale Garden and landscaping centre in Rake, just give us a call and we will help. Enjoy the garden and I hope you have fun plant shopping and watching the Chelsea crew this year. Lynn Dupont

Really enjoyed reading this blog, it's very educational, especially when you're running your own gardening services company. Keep up the good work :)
